- Please familiarize yourself with the Waterford Handbook, Declarations and Covenants. All can be found, downloaded and printed off on this website under Documents
- If planning some home and lot improvements please review the architectural guidelines under the tab DOCUMENTS, & fill out the Improvement Form under the tab FORMS
- Pool – Please familiarize yourself and any children with the Pool Rules. We need all to comply with these rules in the neighborhood.
- Pool key – previous owners should have transferred their key to you. If this did not occur please click on the tab INFORMTION / Lost pool key.
- Many in the neighborhood join a facebook group page: Waterford@Sharonville. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT RUN OR MANAGED BY THE HOA.
- January of each year the HOA sends out the invoice for yearly dues.
- Garbage and recycling, questions on what can or can’t be picked up please call Rumpke 1-800-828-8171.

- The HOA with the help of neighborhood volunteers sponsors an Easter Egg Hunt and a 4th of July bike parade around the neighborhood
