Pursuant to the homeowner’s association Covenants, all architectural changes to a house and lot in the neighborhood must be reviewed and approved by the HOA board before work is begun. Please allow 30 days for the Board to review your application.
To easily submit your materials for review and approval, please attach any quotes, diagrams, drawings, pictures or information from the vendor, and fill out a description of the changes you would like to make in the form below. When finished, click “Submit” and your information will be sent to the HOA Board.
